Ships from the USA

All Homecoat orders ship from fulfillment centers located within the United States. No long waits and no surprise customs fees.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 2-6 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Any free shipping offers or thresholds will be shown in your cart.

 

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. As soon as your package ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email us at support@homecoat.com.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

 

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us right away. We'll work with the carrier to track it down and make things right.
